EPSILON PRINTSHOP VENDOR LIST

This Epsilon Printshop Vendor List (Printshop List) shall apply to all master agreements and statements of work, order forms, data processing agreements, and other procurement transaction documents (collectively, the Agreement) between Epsilon Data Management, LLC or its subsidiaries (each Epsilon) and your company (You), where Epsilon uses sub-processors solely for printing and mailing services (Printshop Vendors). For the avoidance of doubt, this Printshop List is intended to supplement the Agreement to add the below listed Printshop Vendors as Epsilons sub-processors.

This Printshop List shall serve as notice to You of the Printshop Vendors which may process Your Data as part of the services Epsilon provides to You. You must review this Printshop List monthly to be informed of any new Printshop Vendors and to exercise Your right to object to the use of certain sub-processors, as provided under applicable data protection law and/or the Agreement.

1DEFINITIONS

• The terms personal data, process, processor shall have the meaning as substantially similar terms in applicable data protection law.
• Your Data means personal data that (i) You provide or is provided by a third party on your behalf to Epsilon or that (ii) Epsilon collects or creates solely for your benefit, as part of the services.
