Third-Party Terms and Pass-Through Obligations
This This-Party Terms and Pass-Through Obligations forms part of the Platform SOW or Platform T&Cs and sets forth license conditions, use restrictions, attribution requirements, and data or Intellectual Property limitations associated with Third Party Software embedded or integrated into the Platform Products. Use of the Platform Products constitutes s agreement to comply with all applicable third-party terms as outlined below.
- EPC Cleanroom Cloud Infrastructure
With respect to the EPC Cleanroom, Client will adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to Clients use of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS policies and terms applicable to use of its cloud services infrastructure, including but not limited to the AWS Acceptable Use Policy (currently available at http://aws.amazon.com/aup) and Terms of Use (currently located at http://aws.amazon.com/terms), as they may be updated by AWS from time to time.
- CoreAI Platform Open Source Components
The CoreAI Platform includes components licensed under widely adopted open source licenses, including:
- GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0)
- GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0)
- Apache License 2.0
- MIT License
- BSD 3-Clause License

Client agrees to comply with all applicable license terms to the extent such open source components are accessed or triggered through use of the CoreAI Platform.
- OpenAI
The CoreAI Platform integrates OpenAIs API and large language models. Clients use of any CoreAI Platform Output or functionality powered by OpenAI is subject to the OpenAI Terms of Use, incorporated by reference:

- Client agrees:
- Not to use OpenAI-powered functionality in violation of law or OpenAIs Acceptable Use Policy.
- Not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse API-derived Outputs.
- Third Party Platforms.
Client shall comply with any terms of service, terms of use, or terms and conditions of any Third Party Platforms to which Client xports Segments via any Platform Product.
