Once we receive your form, our identity verification service provider will confirm your identity with a series of test questions to be verified against the service provider’s data. We will provide your report of categories and specific pieces of Personal Data in a portable format. When we receive and verify your request, we will make best efforts to fulfill your request unless an exception applies.
Right to request deletion
If the state/province/country in which you reside provides you with the right to delete your Personal Data, you may request that we delete any Personal Data that we obtained about you. However, we may retain Personal Data for certain important purposes, as set out by law. When we receive and verify your request to delete your Personal Data, we will proceed to delete the data unless an exception applies. Right to request correction/rectification

We will delete your Personal Data upon receipt of your correction request. When we receive and verify your request, we will proceed to delete the data unless an exception applies. Right to Opt-out of the Sale

Please note that we do not knowingly sell the Personal Data of minors under 16 years of age without legally-required affirmative authorization.
Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) requires each business to establish a designated request address where Nevada consumers may submit requests directing the business not to sell certain kinds of Personal Data that the business has collected or will collect about the consumer. Together with Epsilon’s affiliate, ReTargetly, we are testing the Google Privacy Sandbox, a set of technologies to facilitate online advertising by sharing a subset of website visitor personal information without the use of third-party cookies in Google Chrome. Through the Google Protected Audience API, we may store and access data on your device or browser related to your interests and ad measurement.
