This Privacy Notice sets out how Epsilon Data Management, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Epsilon”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects any Personal Data through epsilon.com and its subpages (“Website”). We will provide your report of categories and specific pieces of Personal Data to you or to a third party indicated by you in a portable format. When we receive and verify your request, we will make best efforts to fulfill your request unless an exception applies.
Right to request deletion or anonymization
If the country in which you reside provides you with this right, you may request that we delete, anonymize or block any Personal Data that we obtained about you. However, we may retain or preserve Personal Data for certain important purposes, as set out by law. Right to request the review of Automated Decision Making

Right to object

Do Not Track

XI. Google’s Privacy Sandbox
Together with Epsilon’s affiliate, ReTargetly, we are testing the Google Privacy Sandbox, a set of technologies to facilitate online advertising by sharing a subset of website visitor personal information without the use of third-party cookies in Google Chrome. Through the Google Protected Audience API, we may store and access data on your device or browser related to your interests and ad measurement. XII. International transfers
In order to provide our services, we transfer Personal Data to, and process Personal Data in other countries. More specifically our servers are located in Ireland, Netherlands, Singapore and the United States, and our processors operate around the world including the United States, European Union, United Kingdom and India.
By accepting this privacy policy, you consent to the transfers of your personal data to third countries described above. Please note that we have taken appropriate and suitable safeguards to ensure that your Personal Data will remain protected when transferred outside your country.
