We share your personal data with (i) our clients; (ii) participants of the advertising ecosystem; (iii) with other partners such as providers of connected TV to enable personalized advertisements to be provided to users of their platforms; (iv) affiliates and processors that assist with our services; (v) third parties, in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stocks; and (vi) as we believe necessary and appropriate: (a) under applicable law; (b) to comply with legal processes and obligations; (c) to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities; (d) to enforce our terms and conditions; (e) to protect our operations; (f) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property; and (g) to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain. If you are based in the United Kingdom, we also share personal data with the Abacus Alliance UK for modelling and personalized direct marking.
Period for which the personal data will be stored
Your personal data will be stored for as long as it’s necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it’s processed, and in accordance with our data retention policy. The retention period depends on the type of data. For example, we retain non-transactional pseudonymous personal data we collect or receive online or through bid requests for no more than eighteen (18) months.
International transfers
We transfer personal data outside of EU/EEA/UK. We have taken appropriate and suitable safeguards to ensure your personal data is protected. This includes implementing Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and/or the United Kingdom, as applicable.
Automated Decision Making
Epsilon does not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
